J. Danko Fatovic, Managing Partner
After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Danko went on to a successful consulting career, implementing Computer Associates ERP software at corporations around the globe. Danko sold, managed, and participated hands-on in many multi-million dollar development, customization and implementation projects. In 1999, Danko joined Hoffman Recruiters to assist in growing the company through the use of superior technology. erecruit’s development efforts have since been led by Danko.
Judd Hoffman, Managing Partner
Hoffman Recruiters, the parent company of Erecruit Holdings, LLC, was founded in 1996 by Judd Hoffman. Prior to that, Judd graduated Harvard University with a B.S. in Engineering and then worked as a consultant for Myers-Holum, Inc., implementing the Computer Associates ERP software suite at client corporations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Igor Belagorudsky, Senior Software Architect
With over ten years of software development experience, Igor joined the Company in 2009. He has architected and built several enterprise-class software applications, leveraging various technologies such as Microsoft .Net, AJAX, and Microsoft SQL Server. He placed 13th out of 68,000 in the 2006 Microsoft Imagine Cup, has contributed to books on Microsoft programming, and taught computer classes and workshops at Northeastern University. Originally from the Ukraine, Igor graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and a Minor in Mathematics. Igor is responsible for erecruit software development and implementation.
