Tempbuddy Limited is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our existing and/or potential clients and suppliers such as recruiting and staffing firms (the Associated Entities), website users whether they be workers seeking employment or the potential or actual employers of such workers and/or customers of Associated Entities (each a Website User) (collectively referred to also as you/your) who visit www.erecruit.com/tempbuddy (the Website) and/or our recruiters or employees of Associated Entities (the Representatives), that we directly provide Tempbuddy™ software services to (the Service).
With respect to the Service, please note that we are only data controllers with respect to any Associated Entities’ personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. For all other purposes relating to the Service, we operate as data processors for our clients and our clients act as data controllers. Our clients have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies or processing of personal information. This Privacy Policy and the rights and obligations set out below only apply where we are acting as data controllers.
By providing your information to us (either via this website, in person or over the phone), you understand and acknowledge the processing set out in this Privacy Policy. Export outside the EEA

Storage limits
- We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which they were collected and any other permitted linked purpose (for example certain transaction details and correspondence may be retained until the time limit for claims in respect of the transaction has expired or in order to comply with regulatory requirements regarding the retention of such data). So if information is used for two purposes we will retain it until the purpose with the latest period expires; but we will stop using it for the purpose with a shorter period one that period expires.
