Bond International Software Takes YESS International Consultant’s Search Capabilities to the Next Level

YESS International Consultants, specialists in placing key management professionals, has selected Bond International Software, the global provider of recruitment and human capital management software and services, for its Bond Vantage technology. The agreement enables YESS to improve its business development and sales opportunities, gain better productivity and enhance visibility of company-wide performance via detailed and meaningful management reports.

Bond Vantage enables YESS consultants to use a suite of executive search utilities to optimise their processes when finding the most suitable candidate for the position. YESS will also use Adapt InSight for contextual search functionality to identify candidate matches across a number of documents and social media and score their relevance. Bond’s technology will deliver YESS the next generation tools for faster and more in-depth searches. Bond OnPremise implementation is currently in progress and is expected to be complete by the end of Q2 2015.

YESS were using a previous version of Bond Adapt and after conducting a thorough market review, both locally and international, the company decided to implement Bond’s Vantage solution in order to further improve business efficiencies so its consultants can invest even more time making real-life connections than on administrative tasks. Bond’s support service also offered flexible support that fits within European working hours.
