Bluspec Recruitment Select AdaptUX for New Efficiencies and Rapid Growth

Bluspec RecruitmentBluspec Recruitment, transport and logistics, industrial, banking and financial Services, IT, construction and rail specialists, have selected Bond International Software, the global provider of staffing and recruitment software, to provide AdaptUX OnDemand via high-speed cloud service.

Now with two London offices, Bluspec Recruitment was founded in 2014 by Directors Rajveer Mendhir and Naman Pathak with the vision to build a professional, dynamic and transparent recruitment agency. Bluspec place candidates into permanent, temporary and contract roles across well-known organisations throughout their specialist sectors. With over 35 years of combined recruitment experience and an expert team of consultants (all have previously worked ‘on the ground’ within the fields they recruit for) Bluspec build and maintain close professional relationships with their clients and candidates alike.

As the renewal date for their existing CRM drew near, Bluspec began reviewing the latest offerings from leading providers across the recruitment software market. Rajveer and the team were looking to upgrade to a truly scalable system with effective permanent, temporary and contract recruitment workflows, skills-coding and temporary timesheet functionality; alongside accurate data output to their chosen third-party payroll software. Impressed by the Adapt Studio dashboards ease-of-use, underpinned by Bond’s robust SaaS and flexible API for third party integrations, Bluspec selected AdaptUX. Their implementation includes:

  • Adapt Studio – enabling users to choose from built-in recruitment dashboards or design their own based upon their preferred working methods
  • Adapt Outlook Add-in – enabling users to access client and candidate records and run recruitment workflows in AdaptUX direct from emails received in Microsoft Outlook
  • Adapt Temp Desk – Smart scheduling tools and colour-coded drag and drop interface bringing speed and efficiency to temp bookings
  • Adapt InTouch mobile app – allowing consultants to access AdaptUX via their smartphones and recruit on the move

Rajveer Mendhir, Managing Director, Bluspec Recruitment, comments, “Reviewing the recruitment software market may seem a challenging task, especially when you’re looking to upgrade from an existing system but, especially with providers such as Bond, the process is more straightforward than you might expect – and well worth the effort. By moving to AdaptUX we have acquired the software functionality we needed and, because the overall system is so streamlined and easy to use, we have also undoubtedly increased efficiency across our processes. We’re aiming for rapid growth and with AdaptUX we’re even more confident we’ll achieve it.”

James Payne, Business Development Director, Bond International Software, comments, “Bluspec Recruitment’s admirable strapline is “we only succeed if our clients and candidates succeed” and we are delighted they have chosen AdaptUX to support their mission. The Bluspec team bring a wealth of real world experience to their specialist sectors and we’re delighted to provide the technology to help them achieve even more.
