Mr. Gallello is responsible for driving growth, process excellence and innovation at Erecruit. He is an established leader who brings to Erecruit a deep background in vertical software solutions. Throughout his career, Mr. Gallello has established a track record of building great products, driving an intense customer focus and building global brands.
Over the past 14 years, Mr. Gallello led two public software companies that saw a dramatic increase in customer satisfaction and a 4X+ increase in shareholder value for each company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gallello held Executive Vice President positions leading product development at Autodesk and Macromedia.
Mr. Gallello holds both BA and MBA degrees from Monmouth University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Judd is responsible for advancing Erecruit's vision to deliver powerful enterprise software and consultative services that materially impact the productivity of today's best run staffing firms. In this role, Judd oversees sales and marketing as well as new strategic growth opportunities for Erecruit. Since co-founding Erecruit in 2009, Judd has helped "Fastest Growing", "Best Places to Work" and "Best of Staffing" firms consolidate operations into one platform enabling them to grow revenues and profits, while gaining more control over business success.
Prior to Erecruit, Judd was the founder and managing partner of Hoffman Recruiters, where he successfully led the growth and sale of his multi-divisional staffing firm. He also served as a consultant for Myers-Holum, implementing the Computer Associates ERP software suite at client corporations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Judd received his B.S. in Engineering from Harvard University.
J. Danko Fatovic
Chief Product Officer
Danko is responsible for Erecruit's overall product strategy. Since co-founding Erecruit in 2009, Danko has helped Erecruit customers solve complex business process challenges that reduce time and cost across the entire staffing lifecycle.
Prior to Erecruit, Danko was managing partner and software architect at Hoffman Recruiters, where he lead the development of what today is Erecruit's core enterprise staffing software offering. He also served as a senior manager for Myers-Holum, implementing the Computer Associates ERP software suite and building the chart of accounts at Fortune 500 corporations throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Danko received dual B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Global Services and Support
Erika is responsible for ensuring successful implementations and seamless transition to our support team ensuring highest quality of service to our clients. She has 15 years of experience working in the industry and have a proven track record of successful implementations.
Combining her years of experience and in-depth knowledge of our products Erika has established herself as a critical asset to both erecruit and our clients. With her technical education Erika is a valuable contributor to our clients’ overall solution and supporting our Professional Services team.
She completed her education in Computer Science in South Africa.
Staffing Best Practices
Sara is responsible for driving customer success and satisfaction for Erecruit’s Enterprise customers by helping Erecruit customers leverage technology to grow their businesses, streamline their operations and achieve their unique business goals. Prior to erecruit, Sara consulted with hundreds of staffing firms while President of The Code Works. For over 15 years, she has been the go-to industry expert for larger staffing firms facing strategic technology decisions and those looking to leverage technology more effectively. Prior to founding The Code Works Inc., Sara consulted to the Fortune 500 across Europe and the U.S. on business process design and reengineering projects with Accenture.
Sara holds degrees in electrical engineering and social science.
Chief Strategy and Product Officer
Roderick is responsible for leading the TempBuddy product and business unit in Erecruit in addition to functions incorporating marketing for the group and strategic leadership for Adapt. In his role, Roderick oversees the product development and service delivery teams to support the success of the fast growing customer base on TempBuddy.
Roderick works with the product leadership teams to define vision and help execute on growth strategies for flagship products.
Mr. Joseph is responsible for defining the vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and communicating the overall product strategy for the Erecruit platform. He is a staffing industry veteran who brings a broad background encompassing the professional, commercial and healthcare staffing verticals. He has experience in building high performance customer-focused teams with a proven record of delivering value. Prior to Erecruit he founded, led and sold a high growth technology services business and held leadership positions in both Account Management and Development at Bond International Software.
Mr. Joseph holds a BS degree from Cornell University.
Anna Marie Conneely
Anna Marie Conneely is responsible for leading the Human Resource practice for Erecruit. In her role, she oversees the coordination and implementation of services, policies and practices that support the team in order to ensure their achievement and ultimately, client success. Additionally, Anna Marie supports the management team with all Human Resources related matters.
She joined the Erecruit team in 2014 bringing 20 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, which includes: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation and Benefits. Prior to joining Erecruit, Anna Marie has held positions in Leading Specialty Healthcare and Academic Institutions.
She received a BA from Harvard University and is a Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM – SCP).
Finance and Accounting
Mark leads the finance and accounting operations at erecruit. In this role, he leads operations for the corporate accounting, treasury and financial reporting functions at erecruit. Additionally, he partners with Erecruit’s management team to provide financial support for decisions to improve the business across all areas. Prior to joining the company, Mark worked in several controllership roles at Extreme Reach and Kraft Sports Group and he began his career as a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen servicing clients across numerous industries.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Dave is the General Counsel of the global business and is responsible for leading corporate strategic and tactical legal and compliance initiatives. In his capacity as the company’s chief legal officer, he provides legal support and advice to the finance, human resources, sales & marketing, professional services and product/management development, and technology partner business units, as well as managing the business’s intellectual property and contractual portfolio.
Dave became Erecruit’s General Counsel in 2014 after advising the company during its initial formative stages while in private law practice and brings over thirty-years of experience in technology transactions, corporate governance, complex litigation, intellectual property management and mergers & acquisitions.
Dave holds U.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Case Western Reserve University, Harvard University and the Intellectual Property Institute at George Washington University, as well as having studied international and comparative law at Cambridge University in England. Previously, Dave was a partner at two national law firms with offices in St. Louis, Missouri and Chicago, Illinois.
