We recognize that healthcare staffing has a unique set of business needs and processes. The erecruit team has a great deal of experience and expertise in working with temporary and permanent placement firms across all healthcare staffing segments – travelers, allied, advanced practice, non-clinical positions as well as physician staffing. Building on that incredible base of knowledge, we wanted to add an experienced and proven healthcare staffing innovator to our team.

To further our commitment to the healthcare staffing vertical and support our customers in achieving their business strategies and goals, erecruit is proud to have appointed healthcare staffing and staffing technology expert Amy Yackowski, to the role of Director of Healthcare Best Practices. In this role, Amy will help erecruit healthcare staffing customers analyze their business processes and optimize their use of the erecruit solutions to boost profitability and business performance. Amy’s industry experience and erecruit product knowledge will provide immediate value and competitive advantage for erecruit customers specific to the healthcare staffing sector.

As a healthcare staffing industry veteran, Amy will be instrumental in consulting with our healthcare staffing clients on how to best leverage erecruit to maximize efficiency and service quality. Amy’s healthcare staffing industry experience has included working on the front lines of staffing as a recruiter and staffer, project implementation manager and trainer, and improving customer experience through product management. This expertise has covered a range of business functions including recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, VMS/MSP, payroll, accounts payable, and invoicing. Most recently, Amy served as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Newbury Consulting Group where she provided functional consulting and implementation support for enterprise erecruit projects. Prior to Newbury Consulting Group, Amy held numerous customer and product-centric roles at API Healthcare, a GE Healthcare Company.
